Innovations Challenge, is an initiative by Technika 2012 where
the basic idea is to promote the idea of Innovation among students.
Introduction
The Innovations challenge is all about innovation. More importantly, it's about what innovation means to you!
This can be anything from a home-made vehicle, a cool pair of glasses, an exciting design for a house, a new
way of doing math or learning languages or a radical new green energy solution. It doesn't have to be
highly technical, vastly original or even expensive. It's all about what your interpretation of what innovation
is all about.
It is a celebration of the spirit of Innovation.

Who can participate:
Any Undergraduate/Graduate Student (individual only) from any discipline
can participate in the Innovations Challenge.
So it is a simple 4 step process:
1. Register your team at www.technika.in/innovations.
2. Upload your project with an abstract of about 100-200 words at the above link before 29th February, 2012.
3. Ask for votes from your friends using Technika/Face book account.
4. The top two projects getting the maximum votes at the end of 10th March, 2012 will be declared
first and second winners of the Innovations Challenge.
Highlights /Innovations
We call for papers containing a description of their innovation with an abstract of about 100 words. We will upload all the papers received before a set deadline on the tech fest website www.technika.in/innovations and ask for votes from the general public for the same. At the commencement of the fest, we will evaluate the 2 most vote getting entries and they will be declared first and second winners.
Highlights /Innovations
Winner gets an opportunity to get a foreign internship from AIESEC. AIESEC offers internships in over 107 countries and the winner will get a chance to go on the internship in the summer term 2012.
The second place winner will get cash prizes and handsome goodies.
